Team Managers (4 positions)

OTE Excellent. Based Nottingham. Responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of up to 12 (brokers, underwriters and processing staff)
• Achieving sales targets
• Allocating enquires and managing workloads
• Solving customer queries and problems
  

Motor Finance Brokers (10 positions)

OTE Unlimited. Field-based, nationwide. Responsibilities include:

• Calling on motor dealers to secure sub-prime business
• Submitting proposals to our central business unit
• Arranging with motor dealers and customers for paperwork to be completed
• Responding to customer queries about loans and the loan process

Ideally FSA qualified or committed to acquiring necessary qualifications.

Outbound Call Operators (1 position)

OTE £15K. Based Nottingham. Responsibilities include:

• Liasing with customers to obtain outstanding documents and information
• Informing customers of the progress of applications
• Advising customers of rights under the FSA
• Selling insurance-based products
• Assisting with marketing projects
